Full organization of the event
• Organization of daily joint briefings
• Organization of a possible navigation regatta/race between crews and in that case accompanying events in the form of announcement of winners and awarding of cups and sponsor prizes.
• The possibility of purchasing provisions (food and drinks) in advance, with prior agreement
• Organization of joint evenings in restaurants at the destinations where the day’s sailing would end, with a summary of the day’s events
• Creation of branded sports clothing for participants.
• Branding of ships with logos and names of the organizers.
• Professional recording and editing of video material after the cruise.

The program
The program is mostly done on a seven-day basis, which is normally the optimum for such events. Accordingly, the proposed orientation route would be:
1st day Saturday
Early morning departure from Novi Sad or Belgrade by comfortable buses to Trogir or by plane Belgrade – Split.
Arrival at the marina, short walk, start briefing, introduction to the skippers with basic instructions and navigation rules, all in the form of a light working lunch at the marina restaurant.
17:30 boarding the sailboats, free time for rest.
19:00 tour of Trogir, a city under UNESCO protection, dinner in a restaurant, first night on board.
2nd day Sunday
09:30 meeting of captains and crew representatives in the marina.
11:00 sailing, start procedure, regatta on the 25 Nm long route to the Paklin Islands on Hvar.
15:00 expected time for entering Palmižana marina
20:00 joint dinner in the restaurant “Meneghello”, second night on board.
3rd day Monday
10:00 breakfast/coffee brief instructions for the upcoming daily sailing/regatta to Lumbarda on Korčula.
11:30 sailing, start procedure, racing on the 40 Nm long route to Lumbarda.
17:00 expected regatta finish time, mooring in Lumbarda marina, free time.
20:00 joint dinner/tasting at the “Popić” winery, third night on board.
4th day Tuesday
10:00 Excursion and tour of the old town of Korčula.
12:00 sailing, start procedure, regatta to Lastovo, on a route 22Nm long.
15:00 expected end of the regatta, mooring and dinner at the “Triton” restaurant at the previously agreed mooring, excursion around the island.
20:00 joint dinner in the restaurant, fourth night on board.
5th day Wednesday
10:00 breakfast/coffee with instructions for navigational sailing on the 25Nm long route to Šćedr.
11:30 departure, navigation sailing to Šćedro.
14:30 mooring on buoys in Mostir bay. Walking around the island, free time
20:00 joint dinner in the restaurant “Mostir”.
6th day Thursday
10:00 breakfast/coffee with instructions for navigational sailing on the 25Nm long route to Vis.
11:30 departure, navigation sailing to the town of Vis.
16:00 expected time of arrival in the port of Vis, mooring at the waterfront, free time to explore the town and the rest of the island of Vis.
20:00 joint dinner in the restaurant “Pojoda”
7th day Friday
09:00 breakfast/coffee on the city waterfront with instructions for optional navigational sailing on the 35Nm long return route to Trogir.
10:00 sailing, navigation sailing to Trogir.
18:00 expected time of sailing into the Baotić marina, with prior refueling, free time for rest.
